Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings

For the whipped cream

  • 400 ml of coconut milk in the can over night on the head in the fridge
  • ½ TSP vanilla powder
  • 1 Pinch Of Salt


Preparation time about 5 minutes

The coconut milk out of the refrigerator and the solid portion of the milk (the milk otherwise use).

The fixed portion together with the vanilla powder and some salt in a high, cold jug and with a hand mixer for so long, beating until a creamy, airy whipped cream is formed.
