- Heidi Klum, 48, shared more new Instagram photos and a video wearing a bikini while soaking up the gorgeous Italian coast on vacation.
- The supermodel’s whole bod is looking super toned, especially her abs and butt, from all angles.
- Heidi says she stays fit by working out daily with mainly swimming and running. And, she generally avoids carbs in her diet.
Model and America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum, 48, is sharing all her summer adventures with her Instagram followers, and she is practically living in a bikini. Naturally, documenting her Italian vacay includes tons of bikini photos and videos. Heidi shared two new posts on her IG in less than 24 hours, showing off her super toned body while living it up on a boat.
The first post was a video of herself splashing around in a hot tub on the deck of a boat. Heidi’s wearing a cute printed bikini with cheeky bottoms and belly chain. Her literal peach emoji booty is the star.
“What a view 🥰❤️,” she captioned the video. The comments were closed, but it’s not hard to guess what emojis would have filled the space.

And in her second post, Heidi shared two pics of herself soaking up some sun in Italy while rocking a bubblegum pink bikini and gold body chain. (Yep, the same gold body chain from her series of topless bikini photos last week.)
“Buon giorno 🇮🇹❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗❤️💗❤️🌞,” she captioned the pics.

To get so fit, Heidi upped her routine in recent years and does a ton of different types of exercises. She’s a fan of running, but mostly outdoors. “I don’t love running on a treadmill,” she shared with Women’s Health. “I really prefer to be outside or get my exercise in while playing with my kids. But sometimes, after I’ve run those two miles and I check it off the list, I’m happy I took the time.”
But she also loves to get active with her kids in the fresh air, and told WH that she liked to jump around on the trampoline or go for beachfront bike rides.
When she works out inside, she also spends time focusing on her abs. “When I’m traveling, it could be doing a few sit-ups in my hotel room before I head to work,” she mentioned to Glamour.
Heidi also keeps her meals super healthy. Her nutritionist Oz Garcia told Women’s Health UK the inside scoop on her go-to diet, which includes dishes like scrambled egg whites with veggies for breakfast, turkey with basmati rise or quinoa and stir-fried vegetables for lunch, and salmon with a mixed green salad and broccoli florets for dinner. Dessert can include things like yogurt, fresh sorbet, or 70% dark chocolate. (Yes, dessert is on her menu.)
Cooking at home also helps Heidi eat healthy meals. “[I] have four children, so we cook a lot. I don’t really eat out a lot,” she told ET during a 2018 interview. “I think when you eat out a lot or order food in a lot, it kind of gets a little tricky, because you don’t know what people are putting in there.”
Brb time for a fresh-air fitness sesh.
