It’s never too soon to start practicing self love.
Khloé Kardashian shared a super-sweet video on Thursday depicting her 11-month-old daughter True‘s daily affirmation practice.
The clip begins with little True sitting in front of a mirror with a big smile on her face as she says the word so many positive mantras begin with: “I.”
Next, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s baby girl adorably goes up to the mirror, leans in and gives her reflection a kiss.
“Do you love yourself?” Kardashian, 34, asks her daughter. “Do you say, ‘I am so beautiful?’ “

“Yes, I love myself. I am so strong,” the proud mama encourages.
Choosing to let the heartwarming clip speak for itself, Kardashian simply captioned it with a heart emoji.

Khloé Kardashian Calls Tristan Thompson a “Good Dad” After Breakup: “True Will Never be Put in the Middle”
In a February interview with The Daily Telegraph‘s Stellar magazine, the Good American co-founder opened up about why it’s important that she and her daughter practice positivity together every day.
“I never, ever considered myself chubby or overweight. I didn’t know that I was until I went on TV, and everyone told me that I was ‘fat,’ ” she shared. “I never felt that way, because my family never allowed me to.”
“As silly as it sounds, I do positive affirmations with her in the morning,” Kardashian continued, adding that even though “it so corny,” they “sit in front of the mirror” and say, “I am beautiful.”
The proud mama shared, “It’s my job to make her feel, no matter what she looks like, that she is strong and confident and beautiful, and it’s okay to embrace all different shapes, sizes, and ethnicities. My whole family is a melting pot of race and skin tone and hair color and height — everything. That’s our reality and our children need to know how beautiful diversity is.”

The pair’s mommy-daughter affirmations go way back, and started when True was still only a few months old.
“I do affirmations with True every single day,” Kardashian told Refinery29 in December. “We stand in the mirror and I say something to her reflection, and I pretend she’s saying it back to herself.”
Continuing on the self-love train, the reality star shared she also wants True to grow up having a healthy relationship with makeup, treating beauty products as “something you enjoy” rather than something that’s necessary in order to leave the house.

Khloé Kardashian Knows She “Needs to Be Super Picky” About Her Next Boyfriend: Source
As Kardashian continues to navigate her public breakup from Tristan Thompson, the star has shared that despite all the pain his cheating scandals caused, out of that relationship came the greatest gift of all: their daughter.
“I genuinely hope @KhloeKardashian meets someone one day that treats her with the respect she deserves. She’s been through more shiddy [sic] relationships than any one [sic] deserves. At least she got baby True,” a fan wrote to Kardashian on Twitter last month.
“Baby True made it all worth it,” the mother of one responded. “Thank you for your beautiful message.”
