Keiko Guest doesn’t look like your average 72-year-old.
Rather than donning sensible shoes for a sit-down and a cuppa, the pensioner spends her time doing pull-ups and handstands as part of her fitness regimen – and her youthful appearance has made her a social media star.
Despite being old enough to claim her bus pass, Keiko, from Atlanta, Georgia, US, is regularly mistaken for a twentysomething on TikTok, where she’s amassed almost 500,000 followers.
To stay trim, the super-fit septuagenarian – who doesn’t have children and is currently single – alternates between two to three hours of gymnastics, dancing, ballet, and weight-training a week.
But her real secret? Eating a plant-based diet and avoiding alcohol.
‘I show off my body not to be vain but because I feel good and work really hard,’ said Keiko.
‘People tell me I look great for my age, but I don’t get approached by men as I steer well clear of bars.’
Keiko says she’s ‘absolutely fine’ without a man in her life.
‘Instead I focus on myself and doing things for me and my health,’ she added. ‘Staying fit has been a priority of mine since my 30s and will continue to be so.’
While Keiko admits to having a facelift at 50 and has dabbled with Botox, her body still looks incredible thanks to her dedication to fitness.
As for her diet, she opts for raw ingredients but also likes to add seafood and dairy and tries not to be too restrictive.
She said: ‘I mostly try to have something raw every day. I think it’s mostly about moderation.’

Keiko’s age-defying looks have left social media users stunned, with many saying she looks like she is in her 20s.
‘I don’t look that good and I’m 35. You go girl!,’ wrote one user, while another said, ‘Girl you is not 72 you are more like 22.’
Yet, alongside praise, Keiko receives a number of negative comments on her clothing choices and the fact she doesn’t conform to what we’d expect from an older woman.
‘Have a hamburger,’ reads one cruel comment.
Another said: ‘You look very good for your age and seems very healthy too. Please, stop wearing clothes as you 16 because it looks silly.
Keiko tries not to let it get to her, though.
She said: ‘Unfortunately I have gotten a lot of hate from people who have a need to express their disapproval of me.
‘I attribute it to jealousy and ageism.’
