Leo season kicks off on July 23, and no one seems to be more excited than the resident queen of Leos (and pretty much everything else), Jennifer Lopez. J.Lo just shared a photo of herself to celebrate the upcoming astrological season, and her abs look straight fire.

Btw, the Cat-Tastic leggings and bra top she’s showing off are from Niyama Sol, and J.Lo actually designed them (because, of course she did).

But back to that sick body… J.Lo, who is almost 50 (happy early birthday, girl!), has always looked amazing, thanks to her long career of dancing and singing. But she’s seriously stepped up her fitness game recently in preparation for her role as a pole dancer in the upcoming movie Hustlers.
Of course, this is far from the first time Jennifer has bared her awe-worthy abs:
Oh, and she and her equally super-fit fiancé Alex Rodriguez also gave the world mega workout buddy envy when they shared a montage on Instagram of the couple totally killing it at the Dallas Cowboys’ gym. “I like working out on show day… it opens up my body for the nighttime so I don’t go in there stiff,” Jennifer said in the clips. “And then when I don’t have a show, I don’t do anything. I just rest.”
Likely story, J.Lo. After saying that, she and A-Rod proceeded to casually blow through a bunch of intense exercises like bench presses, biceps curls with a weighted bar, and whipping battle ropes.
Of course, that’s not ~all~ J.Lo has been doing to stay fit lately. She recently crushed her mega-intense no sugar, no carb 10-day challenge and, of course, has been pole dancing like a champ. And that’s all on top of werking it onstage practically every night of her “It’s My Party” tour.
Whew! Now, I just gotta go buy those leggings…
