Lil Xan's Pregnant Fiancee Denies Ripping Ultrasound Photos from Internet: 'Really Disappointed'

Annie Smith is clearing the air regarding rumors surrounding her pregnancy.

The pregnant fiancée of Lil Xan starred in a YouTube video alongside the rapper on Friday — five days after they announced they are expecting their first child — where they showed off ultrasound photos and revealed Smith was nine weeks along.

Opening up to E! News on Tuesday, the mom-to-be addressed rumors that had begun to spread accusing her of ripping the photos from the internet and touting them as her own.

“When I posted my YouTube video with my ultrasound pictures, a girl (I’m not going to comment on who) Photoshopped them with another person’s name, year, birthday, etc., and uploaded them to Google,” Smith alleged to the outlet.

“I’m honestly really disappointed that we announced it and now this is the rumor floating around,” she added.

She added in her conversation with E! News that she felt “stressed” over the “negativity” and, going forward, would be making it a priority to keep herself immersed “in a positive environment.”

“I really am just staying off the internet for the time being because it’s really sad for me to see these things,” Smith said. “In my opinion it doesn’t matter what anyone else says.”

“It’s a special time between my fiancé and [me], and like I said, we are very happy,” she continued. “That’s all that matters.”

The 22-year-old rapper and his fiancée announced their baby news on Instagram on Feb. 17, with Smith revealing at the time that she was five weeks along.

However, “We’re actually about nine weeks pregnant, so this is the baby at nine weeks,” she shared in her YouTube video the following Friday, showing her little one’s snapshot to the world for the first time.

In his announcement — made alongside a photo of the couple in front of the L.A. skyline — Lil Xan wrote, “I wanted to wait but i just can’t leave my fans in the dark, it’s official im going to be a father ?? i love you guys so much and hope you stay along for this crazy journey and i’ve never felt more happy in my life?”

“All of you are invited to the gender reveal party i promise!” continued the dad-to-be. “And to my baby my angel my sunshine @anniiesmith i love you with all my heart ❤️ thank you for saving me i love you more then [sic] words could describe.”

The pair’s baby news comes two months after Lil Xan, whose real name is Diego Leanos, checked out of rehab for a drug addiction, after checking himself in two weeks prior. “Out and Sober,” he tweeted on Dec. 16, along with a broken-heart emoji and an emoji of praying hands.

Smith confirmed her engagement to E! News following their pregnancy announcement, telling the outlet, “We were talking about [getting engaged] really casually for a long time, like we already knew we were going to get married, but we didn’t talk about it in too much depth, we just knew it was going to happen eventually.”

“And then we were just at home and he just proposed,” she added. “So, we are engaged. The ring … we’re very unconventional. We’re engaged, but we don’t have the ring yet.”

The baby on the way is the first for Smith and the rapper, who had a contentious split from ex-girlfriend Noah Cyrus in September after months of dating.
