ICYMI: Tracee Ellis Ross has been completely owning the Instagram bikini game lately. And now, she’s back with a new video that not only shows off her toned AF abs, but that she has zero plans of slowing down (thank G).
In the Instagram video, a makeup-free Tracee can be seen hanging out in a pool. “It’s time for the first dip,” she says, before pointing out that it’s early. The Black-ish star then shakes out her hair, jokes about how it’s dirty (but conditioned), and then decides to just go for it. “The first dip,” she says, as she raises her arms above her head, starts to sink down in the water, and decides she’s just not ready. Finally, she takes the plunge. “I am officially on vacation,” she announces when she comes up for air.

Tracee’s pool routine is so relatable, but let’s take a sec to talk about her body. Tracee is 47 (47!), and she looks ridiculously fit. Also, her skin straight-up glows, and people definitely noticed.
“Perfection,” one person wrote. “The physical manifestation of beauty,” another said.
Btw, Tracee knows she looks amazing, and she totally owns it. To celebrate her 47th birthday in late October, Tracee shared a series of bikini photos on Instagram and wrote about how good she looks.
“I LOVE getting older and I LOVE my life,” she captioned the post. “I’m so grateful to be living this life I’m in. I’ve worked so hard to feel good in my skin and to build a life that truly matches me and I’m in it and it feels good. I remain curious and teachable and so it will all keep getting better.”
She finished on this note: “No filter, no retouch 47 year old thirst trap! Boom!”
Tracee doesn’t look that good by accident, though she did recently say she wasn’t able to work out as much as she liked for two months. (Don’t worry, Trace, you look strong as ever!) When Tracee’s on top of her fitness game, she works out three or four times a week and only eats foods that make her feel good afterwards, according to Health. She also drinks about four liters of water a day, per People.
Tracee’s also big on fitness classes. “I have to say that Tracy Anderson’s workout the last five years has been really good for me,” she told Health in 2017. “I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill. The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too.”
Yeah, it shows.
