- Elizabeth Hurley, 55, is as excited about summer as you are in her new Instagram video.
- The actress is wearing a new bikini while basking in the sunshine and showing off her toned abs and legs.
- Elizabeth relies on “found fitness” and a balanced organic diet with lots of vegetables to maintain her strong physique.
It’s so, so exciting now that summer weather is here, and Elizabeth Hurley is ready to celebrate. She just dropped a video on Instagram of herself reveling in the sunshine in a string bikini with the green English countryside as her backdrop, as one does.
“Bliss #englishweekend ❤️,” she wrote in the caption. In the video, the 55-year-old actress can be seen stretching and grinning broadly, before blowing the camera a kiss. Her whole body—including her abs—looks super toned.
“Ageless!” one person wrote in the caption. “I’ll say it again. You’re the hottest girl on IG! Goddamn!” another said.
The Royals star has been rolling out plenty of bikini photos and videos lately. Evidence:

OK, but wow. Elizabeth isn’t huge on sweating it out at the gym, but she is big on found fitness. She previously told Women’s Health that she does squat reps while she brushes her teeth and keeps them up the entire time. (She does the same thing again in the afternoon.)
After she has breakfast, she takes her dogs, a Labrador named Hector and a cocker spaniel named Mia, for 30-minute walks. These, she says, are “just fast enough to get my heart rate up.”
Where you’re unlikely to find her: On a treadmill, because she’s much more into being outside. “Fresh air frees you of all tension,” she says.
Liz also throws yoga and Pilates into the mix, along with logging (not a typo). Elizabeth previously told Extra that she’s into chopping down trees for fitness. “I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active,” she said. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active.”
Elizabeth isn’t just active—she also eats well. “I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,” she told The Cut. “When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.” And, she said, she likes to eat “lots and lots of vegetables.” Hey, if it works for Liz…
